September 22, 201213 yr I'm trying to get my NGX activation limit reseted but i can't login on the PMDG Support Desk. I'm putting the right password and i keep getting the msg: Too many login attempts. Try again later. Can someone help me?
September 22, 201213 yr Do what it says; try again later. If that doesn't work, ensure that you are indeed entering the correct login information and password. You can use the forgotten password link to help you if you do not think that it is correct. To get rid of the error message you could clear your cookies. You could just clear them all from the internet options area of your control panel for IE, or from the internet options from the menu on other browsers, or, if you wish and know how to, you could clear the cookies for the PMDG website specifically.
