July 7, 200421 yr OKI'm NOT a PC Guru...however, your PC is, by MSFS standards, unfortunately, NOT top end. Nothing personal. My PC is a 2.8 with an ATI 9800 PRO 256 and I have 1024 Mgs of RAM. Am I totally "fluid"?NO! Am I satisfied? YES! Very few Stutters, but occasional spot view draw problems with some planes. I am ready to buy ATI's new X800 board AS SOON AS I read a decent review of it on FS9! FS2006 is hopefully going to concern itself with my #1 concern...."fluid motion" with great scenery, great planes, great cockpits, and great weather. That's ALL I want. We pay tremendous money for our PC's and we need our sim to be more real. The reality ONLY comes about without stutters. Stan
July 7, 200421 yr In your FS9.cfg what value do you have in this line: TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT=Some folks set their TBM high (200+) as a way to get textures to load faster, but the price they pay is stutters in turns, etc.Greg
July 7, 200421 yr Problem solved!!! :) i uninstall the "enviroment package" it has very heavy textures for the airports, now all is like a silk. By the way my TEXTURE_BANDWIDTH_MULT= is 80 i tried with varios values and 80 is the better form me.Thanks to OneTinSoldier for the settings, now my fps are 23 and in storm down to 15 max :)RegardsTunka
