unable select diferent destination drive

Last fourdays I am trying the solve this problem. During the installation I keep getting highlighted Disk drive (D:\) as destination drive. AS you see D:\ has no space for 4.5GB installation. I want to change destination to F or C drive. What ever I clicked no way I can move highlight to other destination drives.
