July 7, 200421 yr Mike,Lets hope that this is a real, tangable thing, but because I am ever the Microsoft skeptic, I am going to say 'I WILL BELIEVE IT WHEN I SEE IT'.Here to hoping :-beerchug
July 7, 200421 yr I agree, Fred.Perhaps we can, with some pride and satisfaction, point to the various efforts made here in the forums over the past couple of years as not insignificant contributory factors towards stimulating this shift in attitude. I suspect many will laugh at this suggestion stating that as a minority group we are unlikely to have had much influence. However, I believe that our voices have been heard along with many others and those demonstrations of our collective dogged determination to improve relationships between Microsoft and its customers is finally being taken seriously. If this is indeed what is happening then we should rejoice and look forward to much better times in the future free of friction and antipathy.Cheers!Mike

Beat this if you can for solving novel/unique problem anywhere in the cosmos. ..Have K&E and know how to use it!
