Roads in demo-Tansmania and P3D

With the demo, Au, Tansmania, I do not see roads in P3D but I do in FSX.

Not too critical, but I am planning on getting AU-SP4 complete, and wish to use it in P3D.

Will they appear?

AND.... is it worth 100 bucks? after simming in PNW/PFj/CRM/NRM;
