Before I start, I would like to apologize if this has been addressed in the past in the forums.

 

So, my computer just came back from repairs, but unfortunately, they had to format the entire hard drive to get the job done. I do have a back up of the NGX installer on an external hard drive, and I've only activated the product once. Is it possible if I can use the same installer from PMDG, and then use the same activation key as before, or do I have to buy the extended download service?
