Hi I was just wanting some advice,

 

When i move around in the cockpit i notice some tearing its quite hard to explain but the view doesnt seem to catch up quick enough with when im moving.

 

Any help would be much appreicated.

That is caused by NOT having VSYNC on in your video card. Also are you flying in windowed mode or full screen ??
