hi, im new to the forum can someone please help

 

my cpu and gpu usage just shoots up everytime i start fsx in dx10 mode, i have an amd phenom ii x 6 1090t

and the temp. goes up 20 degrees everytime i play! and the same happens with my gpu which is a hd 5770

 

why is this happening?
