Recording flight videos

Hi Folks,

I'm interested in starting to record videos of some of my flights in FSX particularly while flying the NGX and was wondering what would be the best of going about this and what sort of application would give me best results?

I've thought about installing something like Fraps but never used it before and not sure if that's the way to go.
