Hi, sorry if not posting in the right forum....

 

I have bought the F-15 from Iris but the download is very slow and suddenly aborts with a defect zip as the result.

 

I have a very fast connection and have never any bandwidth issues.

 

I have tried downloading with both IE an Chrome, same result.

 

I have tried several times over the last week.

 

I have contacted Iris 4 days ago, no answer.

 

Do any of you know if Iris has alternative download locations?

 

Is Iris normally responding to their customers support requests?
