Help ATC cut out

Can Any one help me out it looks like when i add an addon for FSX my ATC works just fine and about 20 nm out in the air from any deparcher airport it looks like it gets canceled .. ATC does not say this , I just dont have any more atc and even if i do a new IFR in FSX that doesn't change any thing .. and i cant contact my destination airport until i am about 30 nm out

 

does any one know how to fix this Please
