This is a Version Mismatch Error from your FSX SimConnect. Make sure you have FSX SP2 or Accel Pack installed, if you have you could try to reinstall the SimConnect.msi (found in our OpusFSX install folder), updating your FSUIPC4, if neither of those do not work then I think you must reinstall FSX, because your SimConnect is reporting an incompatibility.

Reinstalling FSX with the update to Sp2 fixed it.
