Wind noise heard on flaps deployment- settings?

Some aircraft have a wind noise associated with flaps deployment (the greater the amount of flaps and/or the higher the airspeed, the louder the wind noise). I looked in sound.cfg, and in aircraft.cfg, and couldn’t find in those files where any settings are to change the volume of the noise, as well as the parameters that generate the noise (airspeed, flaps deployment). Is this usually imbedded into a .gau file where it is unavailable for “tweaking”?
