I have installed the 737 NGX from the CD.

 

I'm abit confused now on which service pack / patches i install.

 

Also what is the latest version of the PMDG 737 NGX.

The latest service pack from PMDG for the NGX is SP1c. You can check which version you have from the FMC, I believe you would have to go into PMDG Options from the menu and select and select credits, about or something along those lines (I'm not 100% sure, but you should be able to figure it out easily.) If you don't have SP1c installed, you can download it from PMDG's website. http://precisionmanuals.com/pages/downloads/updates.html
