OG39 and KWYS not working help!

I have several products from Orbx and all work well, but KWYS and OG39 were installed and are not appearing, are not working in FSX, library are appearing normally already, installed and uninstalled and does not work, what could be wrong? Sorry for my English.

Have you raised this in the ORBX support forum at their website?

 

They are pretty good at resolving these issues quickly.
