Hey guys

 

I need a bit of help.. am about to install the new Caviar Black HDD. Am planning to put FSX from my old drive. Is there a way of moving the whole thing without reinstalling everything?

Just copy / paste everything to the new drive.

 

Then use disk management to change the letter of the old drive, then change the letter of the new Caviar Black HDD to what your old drive letter was.

 

So if the old was D: change it to E: (if E not in use) and the Caviar to D:

 

Reinstall for a few things still possible... like I had to reinstall FlyTampa's TNCM and one or two other things... but yeah it works.
