SSD - 125gb SSD shows only 509MB

SanDick 125GB SSD shows only 509mb in Windows Exlporer. Sandra analysis tool shows 111GB available which is probably correct. Thus the question why does Windows show only a very small portion if the available storage? I wrote a small file to the SSD and it showed in Windows Exlplorer ok.

 

I assume that there is no special software needed in Windows 7 Home Premium.Also using SATA3 port.

Had to go to Computer Management ans assign the disk. Just stumbled on to that.
