MIP Displays as Shift+# panels?

In the VC, when you click on the MIP Displays they pop-up as panels. Is there a way I can assign these displays as 3 panels in the panel.cfg so I can open them witha Shift+# keystroke?

I see the Lower DU is set as a panel.cfg panel by default, but what about the other three?
