Jon Murchison's Aircraft & IS Scenery

Featured Replies

Hello.I'm hoping someone can answer this for me (I went to Jon Murchison's forum but it's not working).I am trying to test out Jon Murchison Airbus a320 and the IS Scenery that goes along with it but I guess I'm having a problem. I installed everything they way it said but I do not see the IS Scenery items. Well, sort of. I see those items when in the "select aircraft" area of FS2004, but, once I have the aircraft selected and I'm at an airport I don't see them (while just sitting there or with doing a pushback (Shift+P).Now, I don't know if it makes a difference or not, but I am obviously doing this as a flyable aircraft and not as an AI aircraft. Maybe that matters I don't know. I just wanted to try it out first to see if everything was working before I actually put plans together. Can anyone tell me if it has to be an AI aircraft in order for the IS Scenery stuff to work or do I maybe have something else going on?Thanks very much!

I've not tried the A320 but when I tried the BAe146 I think I recall the engines must be shutdown for the IS objects to appear.Sorry I can't be of more help, I haven't used Jon's aircraft for a while.Adrian

Hi Carob, If used as AI, the plane must simply be at the gate wating to depart. If NOT used as AI, the engines must be completely shutdown. Then the Built In Scenery will show after a few seconds. Regards,Mark
