Question for Simmers and Airline Pilots

Dear Flight Simulation Fans,I'm conducting research for a Salon.com feature article that I'm preparing to write about home computer flight simulation programs. If you're an active or retired commercial pilot who is also familiar with Microsoft Flight Simulator or Fly!, I'd enjoy hearing your thoughts about how the simulated versions of Boeing or Airbus jets compare to the real thing.Conversely, if you're a seasoned flight simmer who does not have a pilot's license but happens to have logged a little time in a professional simulator at a training facility just for kicks, I'd love to know how well the expertise you gleaned from PC flight sims prepared you to handle the big simulator correctly.You may e-mail me at inmate@dslextreme.com.
