August 2, 200421 yr I know FS9 has the ability to randomly simulate a bunch of different failures but I have never been that impressed. From time to time I see addon software to do the same kind of thing. Will any of those run on a second computer via WideFS and give me more flexibility? I have something called Flight Instructor Console that I bought eons ago for more money than I care to admit (if memory serves) and have used a few times. I can't even figure out by looking at the software who made it and mine is version 1. Perhaps improvements have been made. ThanksDavid
August 2, 200421 yr Author FS2004 comes with a Flight Instructor Utility. I can't remember exacty how to access it but it's not very hard. I used it one time on my laptop... what you do is install FS2004 on a second machine and use the instructor console to connect to your main computer's multiplayer session. It allows you to fail things and change weather and all that remotely. I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for though.
