Working out FL/Landing speed etc, will topcat help

Hi

Recently i have found landings are much easier if you stick to theFMC landing speed.

Takeoff roll is much smoother if you roll at Vr

With more complex a/c like PMDG all such flight data is provided by FMC

But for defualt and simpler a/c what tool is best to use for calculating these.

Is Topcat the best option for this, or any other program suggestions.

Not used Topcat, but if its complex wount mind something simpler.
