Interesting Foliage At Belize

Featured Replies

Hello all, I just thought I'd share this lovely FSX moment.

So I'm using the 737-800NGX, a real flight, American 2189 from Dallas to Belize.

I'm coming in to land visual runway 07, I pass DH, and... Uh...

I've never been to Belize, but I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to be like that. Maybe a new system of stopping planes faster? :P It reminds me of that Husqvarna commercial where the grass and trees grow into a jungle overnight.

Just turned off the scenery objects for landing and everything was fine. I've run into this problem before at, I /think/, San Deigo, where there's an office building or something right in front of the runway. Gotta love FSX.

I thought I'd share this moment that made me laugh. Happy New Years, everyone!!

Sorry about that, I think the management staff missed that on runway inspection.

lol, I'm having this issue at another airport as well but it does not have anything to do with the Ngx. San Diego seems normal however, the area in front of the runway is scattered with buildings.

Hey Sean,

I remember first flying into Belize airport in FSX and encountering this craziness lol. Be sure to check out my AFCAD update for the Belize airport which updates many things including removing all the trees on the airport. The file is mzbzv2.0_adex_jd.zip

Happy New Years!
