Gear warning light and sound issue

During the last couple of flights in the US i'm noticing that when I lower my gear I see a gear warn light and hydra pump light come on and stay on. Also, I get a loud beeping noise if I throttle back to idle after touch down. Even during taxi i cannot idle without tis loud beeping.

 

Any ideas?
