Offline use help needed

As I have stated in another post, I am new to tileproxy.

 

I want some clarification regarding offline use of tileproxy. If I wanted to fly from say Phoenix to Los Angeles, and I wanted to keep the textures available for another flight on another day, but without going online to get those textures the second time, what do I have to do step by step the first flight, and then the second. What settings must I put in the ini file on each occasion? Do I have to make sure the cache in FSX does not empty after shutting the sim down the first time?
