January 7, 201313 yr Good morning folks, i have a question regarding selling the Jetstream 4100. I Installed it once and activatet it on my PC, but somehow im just not getting happy with FSX. So im Switching back to fs2004, and was thinking about buying the Pmdg 737. But my question now would be, if it is possible to sell the Jetstream or if i activatet it once i can't sell it? Many thanks in advance
January 9, 201313 yr The European Court of Justice has recently ruled that it is legal for a buyer to resell software whether this is in a tangible (eg DVD) or intangible (eg digital download) format even where the licence agreement says it is not transferable. http://www.expertreviews.co.uk/software/1293205/eu-court-makes-reselling-downloaded-software-legal PMDG products would require reactivation on the second buyer's PC. PMDG might refuse to do this though given the above ruling such action might be deemed illegal (at least in Europe). As far as I am aware, such a scenario has not yet been tested in court.
January 15, 201313 yr Author Ok so it would be ok if i deinstall the Software on my PC and then the sell the DVD on a huge internet Market Place And the buyer would be able to activate the software on its own PC. Thanks for your reply
