Here is my computer:

i5 3470 3.2 Ghz

8gb RAM

And my video card is gt640 2gb and im not sure if it will be enough.

I dont use any tweaks or sceneries and it in medium graphics settings.

How much FPS it will have?

Your CPU is fine - would be better if it was overclocked, but unless that's a "K" model CPU you won't be able to. 8GB RAM is fine. The GPU is probably a bit on the low side performance wise - that's one of Nvidia's "budget" chips that aren't really designed for powerhouse gaming systems. You'd be better off with a GTX660 or better.

 

Not using any tweaks is silly too - at the very least run your cfg through ******* Altuve's site:
