After having read the (almost useless) support page and having searched through most of the forums over the net, I did not find any way to solve the problem in the title (namely, I did have the airbus vol.1 with all the upgrades but no fuselage appeared, only parts of the plane...)...HERE's THE SOLUTION:

- check if you have FSX Service Pack2 (SP2) installed: if so, de-install it;

- install all the Wilco's .exe files (with all the updates...) with all the administrator's rights for your Airbuses;

- now re-install FSX SP2.

This should do the trick (at least it did it for me). I hope it helps.

I have same problem with Wilco 737 EVO. 

My FSX with Acellation pack.

Maybe this is the problem?
