660TI 2gb with high clock or 3gb with lower clock

Finally saved up enough to upgrade from my aging HD5870 1gb to a 660TI.

I am trying to decide between the MSI 660TI with 2gb and the MSI 660TI with 3gb. Besides the memory, the main difference is the clock speed. 1019MHz for the 2gb and 967MHz for the 3gb.

Price difference is about 30 euro (more for the 3gb), so that's not really of any relevance.

Any opinions which I should take?

 

Edit: my monitor is a 22" 1680x1050 and I'm considering a future upgrade to 24" 1920x1080.
