FS-MP Landing Challenge

Recommended Posts

Hello fellow members,

I am ATC administrator for FS-MP server and am hosting a landing competiton on Saturday February, 2nd at 7 P.M EDT/ 0000 Zulu. Every week I put on this landing competition for the pilots of FS-MP. It has turned into a big event on our server and I thought I would like spread the word on the forum. Each week we do a real world flight manuver in different aircraft. For instance, those of you who are real world pilots know how it is when your instructor says, "Okay, No engine. Get us to the airport." So for our last competition we did an engine out from a mid-field downwind and circle to land. We chose out a pre-determined touchdown point and the pilots recieved points for how close they were to that point. Our next challenge will be released on the FS-MP website the day of the event. There are prizes given out at the end of the event and is a great time to meet other pilots as well as a fun night of flying. I hope to see you on the FS-MP server this Saturday night at 7 P.M. For more information visit us at fs-mp.com

Thank you

Excellent! These types of events are great for just relaxing with the sim-buddies! Turn off the AP and practice some hands on excercises!

Last nights event was absolutely fantastic. Well organized, and surprisingly competitive! Looking forward to the next one!

Ah...and for those who may be wondering about how to connect to FS-MP...http://www.fs-mp.com/

Be sure to read the short MUST READ INFO section for pilots.
