First and foremost, I apologize if this is posted in the wrong forum or if it has been answered already. I did a forum search and comprehensive google search on the subject, both yielded no solution I would like to fly a 727 with a VC within FSX, and was initially steered towards the CaptainSim version. I however, cannot justify the price for it right now, and have heard a number of people say it takes quite a bit of tweaking to get working correctly. With that said, I was pleased to find a nice freeware model by Thomas Ruth, here, on avsim. The visuals are pretty good for a freeware aircraft and the same holds true for the VC. One problem... It comes with NO documentation on how to operate the darn thing!

 

Perhaps I'm just not looking in the right place. Either way, can one of you kind folks point me in the right direction? Again, I am not interested in the CS727 at this point. I am merely asking if anyone has any tutorials or documents pertaining to the operation of Thomas Ruth's version of the 727.

nevermind, turns out most functions are disabled on the panels, making everything pretty elementary and easy to get in the air.
