February 1, 201313 yr Greetings fellow Cirrus drivers... Last night I noticed something odd regarding the vor needles or lack there of. I'll try to explain the best I can. I was getting ready to make my ILS approach. I set the ILS frequency in the #1 nav, then put a VOR freq in the #2 nav so I could keep tracking to the IAF. All freq was set correct. I was too far away for the ILS to pick up. But when I activated the ILS in the #1 nav the VOR in the #2 nav didn't show the needle. I saw the DME for the #2 nav still working, but the needle was not showing in the HSI. Is this normal for this type of equipment or is this a bug to be addressed by Carenado? Do I need to set something up so I can see the #2 needle? I hope this makes sense. Thank you all for your input. Kevin
