Updating Chipset Drivers (Windows 8)

I have recently installed Windows 8, when the OS install process installed Intel chipset drivers 6.2.9200.16384. I have since installed DriverScanner, which is now reporting that Chipset driver 9.2.1016 is available. If I download and install this new Chipset driver, what else do I need to worry about- GPU drivers? Any changes to BIOS that I need address as a result of updating the Chipset drivers?

 

Motherboard is a P8P67 ASUS.
