NGX7378 and MD11 Liveries are not loading

Hello. After a Windows 7 crash I had to reinstall FSX + Acceleration as well as NGX737-800 and PMDG MD11 among other addons. Both NGX and MD11 load only the house liveries but not any repaints. All repaints are listed in the Aircraft.cfg correctly and also show as installed in Windows 7 programs and features. Any idea why repaints are not Loading. Of note LDS liveries are showing OK. Thanks, Bill
