The annual Round the World (RTW) Race kicked off at 1500 GMT (10:00 A.M. EDT) today and is now underway. Teams from Flightsim.com, Simouthouse.com and the hometown favorites, the AVSIM.com team, have started the race at Cape Town, South Africa (FACT) and are now in hot pursuit in this circle the planet challenge. We will be posting news of the event over the course of the next couple of days as the teams progress around the globe. Go Team AVSIM!
