Flight Simulator Developer Conference - session ideas wanted

Planning is underway for the first ever Flight Simulator developer conference. The event will be held online sometime in the next few months and will feature talks from various developers on topics spanning airport development to terrain, modeling, texturing and more. One of the things we're looking for in preparation for this event is ideas for sessions. What would you like to learn about from an experienced FS developer?
