Extended Download Time for PMDG 737

I have purchased extended download time for my PMDG 737 NGX a day ago, and still it says "url expired" :(

 

My friend also purchased extended download time, and got a fresh new link in 2 hours. For me, I still have not gotten it yet.

 

I have submitted a ticket, but no responses yet. Has anyone else purchased extended download time? How long does it take?

I think I submitted ticket into wrong place..

 

How do I change what department I am submitting the ticket to? It says to submit re-download requests into the "re-download department", but doesnt even give me an option to submit a ticket there...
