March 6, 201313 yr Just thought I would share a funny flight I had today as a test after reinstalling FSX So my first flight after purchasing GSX ground crew and trying it out started from Gatwick and was going to fly a short hope down to St Mary's (very short runway for a laugh) I was in a rush as only had about an hour till I had to leave my house. Not much planning and just got the rout in the FMC pushed back started up flying through the check lists. Taxied out and got her into the air. Up to FL350 and into cruise for a short while. During the cruise and bugging of decent I was running around getting ready. Bad flight planning and not checking lead to a planned arrival fuel load of .5t of fuel. As I didn't have time for anything I jut continued on. Was cleared for a visual approach and fly a manual approach from about 2000ft down to 50 before I noticed a bravo crossing the rubbing was so TOGA armed and up I go. As soon as I raise the gear I get an engine failure in no1 engine due to no fuel flow. Instantly armed opened the cross flow valve and the engine started to relight and had two engines again. Climbed out to 1500 and performed a tight right hand pattern back to the field. On the base leg I had twin engine failure due to no fuel and instantly vs started to increase. I quickly raised flaps to F15 and just scrapped it into to the field and touched down for a perfect emergent landing on he field. How brilliant is the NGX and this has to have been one of my most interesting flights in it so far. Happy flying C Parker
