March 7, 201313 yr I first did this when I was over at noFly and became used to the convenience of having the EFIS gauge right to the left of the MCP gauge (instead of simply showing the MCP only) when flying in the VC and viewing the 2D MCP (Full) window. It is easy to do ... and here is the code you can enter into your .cfg file if you want to. I tried TrackIR and I didn't get along with it very well, and EZDoc worked really well with the views it set up ... but I simply prefer this as it keeps me looking out of the cockpit window during landing ... it is sortof like a 2D / VC mashup ... works well for me ... your mileage may vary. // // MCP // [Window08] BACKGROUND_COLOR=30,30,30 size_mm=1384, 165 window_size = 0.6, 0.1375 window_pos = 0.42969, 0.36333 visible=0 ident=409 zorder=83 gauge00=PMDG_737NGX!EFIS_Captain, 0, 0, 285, 165, 1 gauge01=PMDG_737NGX!MCP, 286, 0, 1099, 165, 1 This is what it looks like when I'm flying in the VC ... it is almost unnoticable ... but it brings all of the MCP into view and shows the EFIS as well. You may have to fiddle with the "window_size=" entry to make things smaller (more than likely) or bigger (doubtful)... just keep the ratio the same and you will be proportionally equivalent to the original gauges. ALWAYS REMEMBER: Before trying something like this make a backup of your .CFG file ... you might be sorry if you don't!!!
