Fly-It Simulators are FAA approved and are in the JAA approval process as well. (maybe someone else will know more about it) They had a fairly large booth at the Heli-Expo in Las Vegas this year.Jordan Moore

Are you sure you don't mean CASA (Australia)? I don't think they can certify this under FAA rules us FS. Anyway, maybe they should take a another look at the license agreement for the software before they think about charging people money for using it.
