Poor resolution when selecting night

Hi,

 

The resolution is really grerat when I am flying in the daytime but when I am at night the resolution and the scenery is very poor quality and the buildings are one color.  I'm using an Nvidia 650 graphics card.  I didn't have this problem with FS9 and I was running an Nvidia 9800 GT.  Any ideas what this might be caused by?
