March 27, 201313 yr A good time! 't see a spinning propeller from behind the clouds and some of the buildings. Those who have dealt with this problem and solved it, tell me how to do it. If there is a possibility to buy a solution to the problem, I'll buy. *Aleksey Skorikov *P3DV3 *Intel Core i7-4790K 4000MHz, 4Gb NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980, Microsoft Windows 8.1 x64, 16Gb (2 x 8Gb) DDR3 1600Mhz.
March 27, 201313 yr Its due to using FS2004 aircraft in FSX SP2. There is a fix. There is a fix procedure here at the Avsim library but from what I found its in French? fsx_helice_transparente_french.zip - ZIP Step by step procedure. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/ptaylor/archive/2007/12/31/how-to-upgrade-the-propellers-in-fs9-aircraft-for-fsx-sp2.aspx

March 27, 201313 yr There's a very nice illustrated PDF version of the procedure in English in the AVSIM library. Just search on prop_fix.zip. BUT I don't think it will fix this your problem. The procedure detailed will certainly make FS9 props generally transparent, but as stated in the link above: One thing that this cannot fix, or even make worse, is how clouds and/or autogen display behind or though the prop disc(s). Short story is, that's an artifact of FS9 vs FSX modeling and texture assignments, and display techniques, and it simply will be what it will be until an FSX-specific version of that aircraft is created.
