Thrustmaster Stick Repairs / Upgrades?

Hello. My TM Cougar Hotas went out this week. The common problem of the gimbal mounts being made of pot metal and failing occurred. I do have a new Warthog ordered, I like some of the features of the old Cougar and it seems a waste to unload it.

Since TM no longer works on these, is there anyone who fixes them privately? A while back some users were offering upgraded gimbal sets, better pots, etc. I'm willing to consider anyone who can fix this using replacement parts if I can buy them from TM, or having the units upgraded with improved internals.
