Runways at airports missing

Featured Replies

Good evening to all,I had to reinstall FS2002 along with PSS-777. Everything seems to be working fine except the fact that I do not have any runway on the scenery! My airplane is sitting on some "mud"!!!I tried to different airpot, but to no avail. Your help would be much appreciated.Thank you.K.

Did you do anything else to your computer, reformat, reinstall Windows, update Windows, update drivers for your MOBO, graphics, sound peripherals? If not, it may be that the textures for the runways are not present in your fs2002textures folder. Look for runway00-09.r8, runway10-68.bmp and runway_detail.bmp. If they are missing, you can extract them from your fs2002 CDs, using an unzipping program. Otherwise, do a complete FS2002 uninstall and reinstall.W. Sieffert
