Met/rep downloads

Is there a way to disable met/rep downloads?  This morning I started up AS2012 SP2 and had to wait almost 10 minutes for the met/reps to download due to failures on all 3 servers.  This type of download failure has already happened twice over the past few weeks.

 

I'm actually not interested in these reports and would prefer not to even download them.
