September 25, 200421 yr Has anyone figured out how to get this item to function? The switch directly below the landing gear lights is labeled item no. 27, "Auto-Brake" in the readme file. I assume that the light just above and to the left of this switch is also included for his function (And that the upper right light directly above the switch is not). One click turns the switch in the upper position and the light turns on, white color. One more click turns the light to a little darker white, a third click turns the light green, and a fourth click turns it red. I have tried all combinations I can think of and auto-brake has not worked for me yet. The upper right light above this switch lights with the parking brake on, which I assume is a correct indication and is unique to the parking brake function.Any ideas? Thanks:RTH
September 25, 200421 yr Author Thanks to Mitch, a reminder that this must be activated in the airfile.Activating in the airfile makes the auto-brake feature work fine. They are armed with the second click. Only during the last stages of the rollout do they activate (along with reversed props). Now one more question?Does the TU-114 have spoilers? I had tried arming them, and manually activating them but saw no results anywhere in the spot plane view, nor on the panel anywhere. However, when I looked at the airfile, they are included there and this feature is activated including the arming capability. Thanks:RTH

September 25, 200421 yr Hello,I can't answer your questions, but I suggest you to post it in the Russian Aircraft Forum (below this one in the list), I think it would be more successful.Best regards,
September 26, 200421 yr Author Josef:You need a program called "Aired"It is available either here, or on the flightsim site, but I got my latest version emailed to me from another party which is a later version, and the kind soul who furnished it did not rememter the source. If you will email me at [email protected] I will make an attempt at forwarding it on to you.In the line item air brakes you simply need to click on it, turn it on, and save it.Hope this is of some help.RTHedit: As always IMHO you need to copy your existing airfile to your desktop or whereever you prefer as a safety measure so that you can back to square one if anything goes wrong.
