I'm just wondering if 60C-85C for my CPU is ok? Intel Core I5 2400 3.10Ghz.

 

I cleaned out the dust the other day, I'm wondering if I should add paste between the CPU and Heatsink.

I applied new thermal paste but still getting a temp of 85C on Speedfan 4.47.
Not sure if that is a robust program or not, but thanks to whoever made it.

The outside edge of the heatsink is cool.......
