Q400 over Anacortes

Featured Replies

Aka, Romanians on approach!  Baltic Airways flies over Anacortes on the way to a fingernail-biting landing at KORS.

Amazingly, there was plenty of runway left coming in on Runway 34, but the taxiing led to some wing damage (damned pine trees....).

Nice.....;-)

Romanians? ... Estonians, Lithuanians or Latvians surely?  .......Romania ain't anywhere near the Baltic.

See, here's the story: two Romanians escaped Romania and fled to Riga as children, where they started careers together as pilots.

Then, one night, they got really lost, flew over the North Pole and ended up in Vancouver.

The Latvians have been unable to get this rogue Dash-8 back ever since!

That's the great thing about FSX: everything is possible! ;)

Tune in tomorrow, for our tale about the Jamaicans who managed to island-hop their BN-2 all the way to Kauai......

Love it!
