What essential X-P10 plugins for newbie

Hi all

Just bought X-plane10 and so far it's been pretty impressive especially at night ...WOW, however I hear there are plugins that enhances the sim that little bit better. So what do I need to get (freeware or payware) that you would consider a must have.
