Computer usage

I am having issues with the pmdg 737, it is using 100% cpu and 100% ram which results in a fsx fatal error.

i meet the requirements as far as i know 

here are my computer specs, should i be able to run this plane ?

i5 3.2 ghz

4 gb DDR

AMD Radeon 6750

win 7 32bit

i know that 64 bit os is better, but i should be able to run the pmdg with this specs right ?

any ideas how i can make this bird work ?

in comparison my qw 146 uses 25% of my computer and 70% of ram.
